Cassina is seeking an inspiring Retail Leader to drive the European business for Cassina, Cappellini, Karakter and Zanotta, overseeing retail performance, operations, and premium customer experiences across Europe. You will own global retail standards and ensure consistent execution in Directly Operated Stores and selected dealers.
You will partner with regional teams to adapt standards to local markets, while maintaining brand identity and premium positioning.
