Exelab builds custom, AI-powered solutions, each one tailor-made to a client's specific business objective. We run every engagement like a small product effort: we start from a real problem and craft a solution to move a real metric (revenue, efficiency, conversion, retention). Key Responsibilities The Client Value Partner owns the relationship and the value for a portfolio of clients. The core responsibilities:
Own the client relationship: Be the person the client trusts. Stay close to their business, understand where they are heading, and be present at the moments that matter (including in person).
The Client Value Partner is accountable for the health of the relationship and for putting Exelab's effort where it creates the most value.
Find where the value is: Run the discovery that surfaces the real problems and opportunities. Ask the questions that get to what genuinely moves the client's numbers, and turn that into a clear direction worth pursuing.
Analyze the need and design the solution: Turn the opportunity into a concrete solution: do the analysis and the functional design, leaving the fine technical detail to a Solution Architect who partners on depth and feasibility. Own the solution enough to make it real and to make the client believe in it.
