Head of Sales - Europe & Americas, Global Head of Strategic Sales (PIP) - IEC LV Motors As Head of Sales for Europe & Americas and Global Head of Strategic Sales, you drive ABB's regional growth and global strategy for the IEC Low Voltage Motors Division. You will define regional strategies, lead cross-regional teams, and steer key accounts with senior leadership governance. The role blends regionally focused execution with global program leadership to advance revenue, profitability, and market share. You'll shape go-to-market models, channel strategies, and pricing governance while building leadership capability across geographies.
Define and execute regional sales strategies to grow market share, revenue, and profitability in Europe and the Americas
Set regional sales targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions
Lead Regional Sales Managers and own business performance (order intake,
revenue, margin)
Collaborate with Hub Manager and Sales Controller to meet financial targets
Drive talent development, succession planning, and capability building within the regional sales organization
Optimize regional sales channels and partner with the Sales Enablement Team to improve processes and productivity
Develop and communicate a global sales strategy aligned with divisional and regional goals
Represent sales in the global division management team and Business Area Sales council; act as voice of the customer in strategic discussions
Lead global market intelligence, competitive analysis, and strategic decision-making
