We are looking for a Data Migration Lead to join our team.
What Youll Be Doing Define and own the end-to-end data migration strategy in collaboration with solution architects.
Plan, coordinate,
and execute all data migration activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead technical and functional teams in the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) process.
Establish data quality objectives and validation criteria in alignment with business requirements.
Oversee delivery using LSMW, BAPIs, IDocs, SAP Data Services, and SAP Migration Cockpit tools.
Ensure data traceability and integrity through all test phases (Mock Loads, Dry Run, Cut-over).
Identify risks proactively and propose mitigation plans to avoid migration-related issues.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, business, management) and external partners.
Actively participate in project governance, status reporting, and data quality workshops.
What Youll Bring Along Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification.
