We are seeking for an experienced accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer of the Consortium, the successful candidate will be responsible of the following main activities:

- support the implementation of the new accounting software Ad Hoc revolution web;
- ensure financial accuracy and compliance while tracking the financial data through detailed records and reports;
- reconciling general ledgers and bank statements;
- support the preparation of the financial statements for management, and tax reporting;
- ensuring compliance with local, provincial and national regulations;
- support the forecasting cash flow;
- maintaining and updating CERIC budget and bookkeeping records;
- support the financial reporting of all the funded and internal projects of CERIC-ERIC, according to the funding agency’s policies, internal procedures and rules of CERIC.
Qualifications and other requirements
- University degree in Economics, Accounting or equivalent.
- Experience in accounting for a minimum period of 8 years.
- Good knowledge of the accounting software Zucchetti “Ad Hoc” or “Ad hoc revolution web”.
- Good knowledge of the Italian fiscal rules.
- Good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite.
