Enable growth.In the role of Senior IMS & Process Governance Specialist (m/f/d) you will have the opportunity to shape the way our organization works by driving governance, improving business processes and creating alignment across functions.

Working closely with Directors and senior stakeholders, you will bring together strong personalities and diverse perspectives to build a pragmatic and scalable management system that goes beyond compliance, enabling collaboration, operational excellence and sustainable growth.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESDrive the development and continuous improvement of Alpitronic’s Integrated Management System (IMS), covering Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety and Information SecurityPartner with Directors, Process Owners and subject matter experts across all business functions to align perspectives,



clarify interfaces and develop processes that support the success of the organization as a wholeShape and further develop Alpitronic’s process governance framework to support sustainable growth, accountability and operational excellenceDrive the alignment of processes, procedures and policies with business needs, regulatory requirements and applicable ISO standardsFacilitate workshops and training activities to strengthen process ownership and management system maturityDrive digitalization of the IMS through effective systems, tools and dashboards, enabling efficient management of complexity, greater transparency and data-driven decision-makingAct as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, facilitating alignment, challenging constructively and driving implementation without direct authoritySupport internal, certification and customer audits and drive the effective closure of corrective actionsMonitor IMS performance through KPIs, reporting and improvement
