Discover life at TheFork In Italy, this position offers a gross TTC annual salary range of 72 000 and 77 000 €, in line with the collective bargaining agreement and the company compensation philosophy. The final offer will reflect the candidate’s experience, qualifications and the specific responsibilities of the role. What You Will Do
- Lead a distributed team of 7+ talented engineers who are taking care of the B2C TheFork products (website and mobile apps)
- Own day-to-day execution decisions, delivery on time and maintaining a high bar of quality.
- Optimise the team’s processes to balance velocity and quality and promote a culture of excellence.
- Co-own roadmap planning with your product and design counterparts.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver large-scale initiatives, managing dependencies and ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Participate in the overall tech strategy and management of the B2C Tribe with other engineering managers, staff engineers, and architects.
- Make sure your team is heard, fully motivated and aligned with the rest of the teams in the tribe and in the engineering department as a whole.
- Hire, mentor and motivate engineering talent.
- Give constructive feedback, performance reviews and compensation reviews to your team.
- Leverage AI to enhance everyday engineering
