What we expect from you
- MSc degree in electric, electronic, automotive engineering or similar
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and integrating battery systems for automotive applications.
- Ability to use simulation tools to predict battery performance and conducting data analysis is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of the main standards, regulatory requirements and guidelines related to the presented topic (ISO, ECE…)
- Knowledge of requirements management tools (like IBM Doors, Polarion…) is a strong plus
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to battery systems, ensuring reliability and safety.
- Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to integrate battery systems into larger and international automotive projects.
- Italian knowledge C1 (mandatory)
- English working proficiency is a Must have
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL ) will be no less than €33,000 ,
in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services .
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net , and an annual welfare allowance . Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
