OverviewWe are looking for an Administrative Processes Optimization Specialist to support the analysis, design and implementation of improvements to our administrative and financial processes, with a strong focus on efficiency, effectiveness, standardization and digital transformation.

The role will make optimal use of ERP and financial systems and help ensure alignment between business needs and IT solutions.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and map current administrative processes, identifying improvement and automation opportunitiesDesign and implement optimized ("to-be") processesAct as key interface between Finance/Admin/HR, IT and software vendorsOptimize the use of ERP and financial systems (e.g.
JDE)Ensure data consistency and integration across platformsSupport system implementation,
migration and process reengineering initiativesMonitor KPIs and support change management and user trainingCollaborate with international stakeholdersRequirements3–5 years’ experience in business analysis, process management or IT/management consultingStrong knowledge of administrative and financial processes (AP/AR, GL, Treasury, Consolidation)Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or related fieldExperience with ERP systems and process modelingAnalytical mindset and strong problem-solving skillsProactive, hands-on attitude and excellent communication skillsPlace of workParma HQComplianceThis position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No.
