In this role you will act as a trusted Workday advisor within the Success Plans team, guiding customers through configuration, demonstrations, and optimization to maximize value from Workday. You’ll work with large organizations on post-go-live scenarios, delivering micro consulting, adoption reviews, and tailored guidance. You will translate complex Workday concepts into clear guidance and help customers achieve their business goals. This role offers hands‑on learning, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and the chance to shape customer success strategies.

- Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts
- Deliver small scope consulting with configuration guidance and demos
- Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer requirements
- Communicate responses and value clearly to customers
- Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features
- Provide one‑on‑one guidance to guide customers toward success
- Offer accelerated adoption guidance through targeted programs
- Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities
- Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s)
- Stay updated on industry practices and engage customers on these topics
- Support creation of new programs to boost feature adoption
- Deliver Office Hours and other enablement services
- Perform configuration and business requirements reviews with optimization opportunities
- Provide one‑on‑one configuration designs and deployment of Workday features
- Travel up to 20%
- Maintain a customer‑centric approach and collaborate with teams
- 5+ years of IT implementation experience
- 5+ years of Experience with Workday Financials Reporting
- 2+ years of software consulting experience
- Workday Certification or ability to certify in at least o
