Specialista Senior / Project Manager
As Technical Sales Manager, you will lead technical sales activities for Gas Cleaning Plants, delivering technically sound and commercially competitive proposals. You’ll coordinate internal engineering and support functions, define scope of supply, and engage with customers to shape solutions that fit their plants. This role connects technical depth with business strategy in an international setting, offering impact across proposal delivery and market growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure coherent messaging and successful opportunities.

- Lead the entire technical flow of offers for the assigned Scope of Work, including requirements gathering, sizing, and technical deliverables
- Prepare complete, coherent, and compliant proposals aligned with contractual requirements and cost/performance targets
- Define and update the scope of supply,



exclusions, and documentation (BOQ)
- Coordinate technical content with Engineering, Supply Chain, CoE/Process Specialists, and Implementation
- Prepare and maintain sales/marketing materials ensuring consistency with technical claims
- Support negotiations with technical clarifications, scope revisions, and requirement integrations
- Maintain the Group CRM with commercial/technical data, milestones, risks, and follow-up needs
- Conduct customer visits and technical sessions to validate requirements and align on performance
- Represent the company at trade fairs and external events with technical and commercial content
- Analyze market demand and translate findings into technical requirements and opportunities
