A Day in the Life
Medtronic’s Enterprise Accounts & Integrated Health Solutions (EA&IHS;) focuses on transforming healthcare through long-term partnerships that go beyond devices—bringing together services, solutions, digital tools, and data. Within this space, the Senior Manager, Market & Customer Intelligence plays an important role in turning strategy into action.

In this role, you will lead and scale a high-impact intelligence program across Medtronic EurAsia. The role focuses on transforming market and customer insights into actionable, decision-ready intelligence,



while embedding a unified capability across countries and functions. It also bridges business objectives and AI-driven data solutions, translating commercial needs into actionable data insights. The position offers strong visibility and impact on customer engagement, portfolio decisions, and regional strategy. This is a remote role, but you must be willing to travel across the Western Europe region 20–30% of the time.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
