For the Central Team of Generali Global Corporate & Commercial (GC&C;), we are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our Core Platforms Team.

The role reports directly to the GC&C; Head of Core Platforms. This is an opportunity to join a global corporate insurance company in a high-impact team. We seek a senior Business Analyst who combines hands-on project management skills, strategic thinking,



and strong business acumen to actively drive and support initiatives that are critical to our growth and transformation.

The ideal candidate can manage implementations, initiatives, and projects; collect and interpret business needs; and collaborate closely with local and central IT Business Analysts, developers, and testers across roadmapping, requirements definition, solution design, and configuration/coding. The person will oversee project delivery on Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform, bringing fresh ideas, proposing solutions, ensuring internal client and Line of Business satisfaction, and contributing to delivery-led growth across functions.

Main responsibilities:

Demand management and BA:
- Evaluating and prioritizing incoming requests based on business value and strategic alignment. Assess business objectives, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for solutions that align with company goals.
