- Milan Office (4/1)A leading international private equity firm is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join its Milan office, supporting senior members of the Investment team.This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing PA with experience in financial or professional services to join a fast-paced, collaborative and international environment.The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to senior Investment professionals, including:Coordinating complex international travel, including flights, rail, hotels, cars and detailed itinerariesOrganising internal and external meetings,
venues and cateringPreparing and managing monthly expenses using ConcurManaging calls, messages, post and email, identifying and prioritising urgent mattersProviding PA cover and detailed handovers when requiredSupporting the wider team during busy periods and deal activityThe skills you’ll need to bring:PA/EA experience ideally in financial/professional xysqume servicesFluency in English and ItalianExcellent organisational and time management skillsA proactive and solutions-focused approachAdvanced MS OfficeEnergy and desire to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage competing prioritiesAbility to work independently as well as part of a team
