We need a mid-level Marketing Project Manager who can own the flow of the work: setting priorities, assigning responsibilities, coordinating people and suppliers, anticipating problems and taking projects from the initial request to final delivery.About CM5MCM5M is an independent marketing and communications agency based in Florence.We work with food, hospitality, lifestyle and B2B companies, building tailored projects that bring together strategy, copywriting, design, content, SEO and paid media.Today, we coordinate a team of around ten professionals and a trusted specialist network, managing 18 active assignments and predominantly long-term client relationships.
Selected clients include Savini Tartufi, Villa Cora, Torre a Cona, Pasta Tirrena and ROSSS.What you will do:Plan activities, deadlines, priorities and workloads across multiple projects.Turn client briefs and requests into clear plans, responsibilities and timelines.Coordinate copywriters, designers, account managers, external collaborators and suppliers.Review the quality and consistency of materials before presentations and delivery.Manage the day-to-day relationship with selected clients, including meetings, feedback and approvals.Coordinate shoots, productions and external suppliers from planning to delivery.Identify risks,
delays and bottlenecks before they become problems.Contribute to reporting, budget control and margin monitoring.Spot opportunities to develop existing accounts and help turn them into well-defined proposals.Improve processes and tools without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.Who we are looking for:You have at least 4–5 years of experience managing marketing, communications, digital or creative projects.You can work independently and take ownership of priorities, deadlines and outcomes.You understand marketing and communication well enough to recognise strong work, without needing to be a specialist in every discipline.You can coordinate different professionals, give clear feedback and handle difficult conversations when necessary.You have client-facing experience and know how to build trust without promising what the team cannot deliver.You are commercially aware and can recognise an opportunity without turning every conversation into a sales pitch.You have full professional proficiency in Italian and at least C1-level English.You are confident using standard project management and collaboration tools.Previous agency experience is strongly preferred, although comparable multi-client experience will also be considered.What we offer:A central role with real autonomy and direct access to the agency leadership.Projects spanning different sectors, objectives and levels of complexity.A close-knit team with complementary skills and little appetite for unnecessary meetings.A commitment of at least 32 hours per week.A primarily office-based setup in Florence, with up to one remote working day per week.Compensation and contractual terms based on experience and the actual working arrangement.A performance-based component linked to shared objectives, management quality and account development. xysqume Applications are welcome from people of all genders.
