Posizione:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Cluster Sales Manager to join our Sales Team, reporting directly to the Director of Sales. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales and will be responsible for driving business development across the VRetreats portfolio, generating new business opportunities and contributing to the achievement of budget and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with budget objectives.
- Maintain and expand relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, consortia and other luxury hospitality partners.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, networking and industry events.
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Marketing and Reservations teams.
- Represent VRetreats at trade fairs and luxury hospitality events.
- Organise and conduct site inspections and FAM trips.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market analyses.
Requisiti:
- Degree or Diploma in Tourism,
Hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales.
- Previous cluster or multi-property experience is considered a plus.
- Strong knowledge of luxury travel networks, consortia and tour operators.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong business orientation and results-driven mindset.
- Availability for national and international travel.
- Fluent English; an additional foreign language is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud is an advantage.

Gross Annual Salary: The Gross Annual Salary for this position ranges from €38,000 to €48,000 , depending on the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and the scope of responsibilities associated with the role.
