Cantiere del Pardo is looking for enterprising, dynamic, and reliable individuals to join the Customer Service / After Sales team, dedicated to managing relationships with international clients and dealers. The selected candidate will be involved in all activities related to technical and operational support after the delivery of the boat, ensuring the highest quality and timeliness of service. Main Activities:
- Management of the active cycle for spare component orders: order reception, offer issuance, and order entry into the management system
- Operational support for after-sales: management of testing and product inspection forms, instruction manuals, and warranty documentation
- Management of claims and warranties: collection and analysis of necessary information, support to clients and the international dealer network
- Archiving and distribution of technical and commercial documentation related to products




- Coordination with internal departments and suppliers to ensure correct resolution of requests

Requirements and Skills:
- Significant experience in the nautical sector, preferably in technical office, customer service, or after-sales roles
- Good knowledge of English nautical technical terminology and excellent written and spoken English language skills
- Technical or naval qualification
- Knowledge of management software, preferably in a Microsoft environment (Dynamics 365)
- Good technical knowledge of nautical matters (materials, components, after-sales dynamics)
- Developed relational and communication skills, customer orientation, and negotiation aptitude
- Organizational spirit, planning skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Proactivity, flexibility, and aptitude for working in an international team
