Riassunto dell'opportunità da parte della Joinrs AI : Barilla offre un tirocinio di 6 mesi nel Design Thinking presso la sede di Parma, rivolto a laureandi o neolaureati in design o discipline affini. Il candidato supporterà la progettazione e sviluppo di una piattaforma digitale di Open Innovation, contribuendo all’esperienza utente e all’interfaccia, e collaborando con team interdisciplinari. L’occasione include un ambiente internazionale e formativo, con avvio previsto a settembre 2026.

Il processo di selezione sarà interamente gestito da Barilla.

Job purpose

The Design Thinking unit, within the Global Discovery Center, drives design-led transformation across Barilla by leveraging human-centered methodologies and design expertise to enable innovation in experience design and digital transformation.

The team supports cross-functional projects by fostering a deep understanding of people’s needs (employees, partners, and stakeholders) and translating insights into actionable solutions, services, and experiences, both digital and non-digital.
