You will join our company Giorgio Armani, working in the HR Department in Milan.
As an HR Business Partner Intern, you will support the team in acting as the first point of contact for employees and providing HR support across assigned areas.
Provide advisory support to employees on all HR matters
Update the internal management system with employees’ data
Support the team in all processes related to the employee life cycle, such as onboarding, internal mobility, salary increases, and offboarding
Take part in the hiring processes across the assigned bu
