As an HR & Payroll Associate Consultant , you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative HR & Payroll team, playing a key role in delivering accurate payroll services and exceptional client experiences.
You will work closely with a portfolio of clients, ensuring payroll activities are completed accurately, compliantly, and on time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and eager to grow their career in payroll and HR services within an international environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders,
responding to requests in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll data throughout the payroll cycle.
Perform payroll administration and processing activities in compliance with local regulations.
Ensure payroll entries are correctly reflected in the accounting records.
Produce payroll-related reports and support data analysis requirements.
Escalate complex payroll matters to senior team members when appropriate.
Process special payroll events, including terminations, final settlements, relocation payments, bonuses, and other non-standard payments.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
~ Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration , or a related field.
