Portfolio Manager

The work model for the role is: onsite / hybrid. /

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the marketing of ABB’s offerings to targeted market segments and manage the offerings throughout their lifecycle, in line with market needs and division/product group/business line strategy and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting business results by overseeing each step involved in the offer lifecycle including development, launch, go-to-market, maintenance, pricing, and profitability.

Analyze market, competitor, and customer trends to identify market opportunities, portfolio gaps, and growth potential, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Drive the development and optimization of the product portfolio by prioritizing new offering initiatives, defining product positioning and customer value propositions,



and leading cross-functional innovation activities.

Develop and execute go-to-market, channel, and pricing strategies in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and channel partners, ensuring consistent market positioning and pricing across regions.

Monitor sales performance, profitability, inventory levels, and market trends to support business growth, optimize performance, and ensure reliable product availability.

Build strong customer relationships and gather market feedback through direct customer engagement to continuously improve products and solutions.

Initiate and support product training programs while ensuring clear communication of product value propositions to internal stakeholders, partners, and customers.
