A few examples of your responsibilities
- Support one of our core legal teams.
Join one of our core legal areas—corporate M&A;, product & commercial, intellectual property, privacy, or compliance—and support the team by contributing to research, drafting and day-to-day operations.
- Draft and negotiate contracts.
Help prepare and review commercial agreements, internal policies, governance materials, and compliance documentation, working closely with more experienced team members to deliver practical legal support.
- Partner across the business.
Collaborate with teams across Product, Finance, HR, Business Acquisitions, and other functions—alongside external counsel where needed—to help address legal and regulatory questions in a fast-moving, global environment.
- Support acquisitions and corporate matters.
