GlyCare® (Diabetes Management Partners, LLC) is a growing healthcare organization specializing in hospital-based diabetes and glycemic management. We partner with hospitals and health systems to provide dedicated inpatient glycemic management services designed to improve patient outcomes, support clinical teams, and reduce the risks associated with uncontrolled blood glucose during hospitalization.
Our model combines specialized clinical expertise, standardized protocols, technology, and data-driven quality improvement to deliver consistent, scalable diabetes management across hospital settings. As GlyCare continues to expand into new markets and health systems, we are building the operational and administrative infrastructure needed to support that growth.

Travel Requirements:
Minimal travel required,
with occasional travel to the corporate office in Jacksonville, FL.
Compensation
$80,000 – $95,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Position Overview
The
Accounting Manager
is an experienced accounting professional responsible for supporting the organization’s day-to-day accounting operations, financial controls, and month-end close activities. This position works closely with the VP of Operations and CFO to ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded, reconciliations are completed timely, and accounting documentation is organized and maintained in accordance with established policies and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
