The Program

The program lasts 20 months and includes 3 Job Rotations. You will have the opportunity to choose from 3 career tracks to shape your professional journey:
- STRATEGIC GOVERNANCE & DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT

you can imagine tomorrow’s market and contribute directly to corporate governance by working on high-impact strategic goals and projects.

- R&D; & IT GOVERNANCE
The track for those who thrive on technological innovation, its application, and constant evolution.
*Career areas: R&D;, IT, Cloud Factory.*
- SYSTEM INTEGRATION & PRODUCT MARKETING
The track for those who believe digitalization is the key asset driving Italy’s growth and want to play an active role in its development and widespread adoption.
