In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end order management process within a manufacturing environment, supporting project execution from quotation through shipment. You will collaborate across multiple functions to ensure projects are delivered on time, meet customer requirements, and achieve business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality, collaboration, and operational excellence. /p h3In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: /h3 ul lipSupport the quotation process by reviewing customer requirements, technical specifications, lead times, documentation needs, and production capabilities. /p /li lipManage the complete project execution process from order entry through final shipment, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and project requirements. /p /li lipCoordinate with planning, operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and logistics teams to meet project milestones and delivery commitments. /p /li lipLead internal project kickoff meetings and facilitate cross-functional collaboration throughout project execution. /p /li lipReview and coordinate customer documentation, comments, technical clarifications, and change requests while assessing schedule and cost impacts. /p /li lipMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to maintain timelines and operational performance. /p /li lipSupport customer meetings, inspections, and site visits, serving as a key point of contact for production-related activities. /p /li lipEnsure compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and Emerson procedures throughout the project lifecycle. /p /li lipProvide regular status updates and actionable insights to stakeholders,

You build strong relationships across functions, working collaboratively to influence outcomes, resolve challenges, and achieve shared objectives. /p h3For This Role, You Will Need: /h3 ul lipDegree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, manufacturing, project management, or a related field. /p /li lipProfessional experience in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, operations, or project-driven environment. /p /li lipAbility to interpret technical information, specifications, and customer requirements. /p /li lipStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. /p /li lipEffective communication and stakeholder management skills. /p /li lipProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. /p /li lipFluency in English and Italian.

The salary range for this role is 30000 47000 EURannually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
