As Senior UX Designer you will work full time in an agile cross-functional team (together with the devs). Also you will be focused on the development of a complex financial software,



whose stakeholders are traders and financial institutions.What we need from youOperational experience of at least 3/4 years in projects focused on User Experience;Previous experiences and references in design or analysis of sites and digital, web and mobile products;Excellent knowledge of the topics of interaction design, information architecture, content strategy, user research and usability;Excellent knowledge of the Mobile User Experience: knowledge of design and interaction patterns and their declination on the various Os;Good knowledge of the main UX tools (Axure, Balsamiq, Sketch, Invisio; Photoshop, Adobe, etc);Previous experience on finance projects (nice to have)Willingness to travel continuously to Zurich.What you didn't know about the teamEven if we work very hard on our projects, we always find time for training.We are committed in taking care of our dev's technical skills through certified courses, innovation labs and constant access to training tools.We also find the time to chill out together, playing entertaining games, cooking together or just having a drink in good company.Health insurancePossibility of flexible working hours and lavoro da remoto
