Account Executive - Public Sector (All genders)In this role, you drive growth for Genetec in Italy with a focus on public sector accounts. You will build and manage relationships with government and public institutions, promoting Genetec’s unified security platform. You’ll lead the full sales cycle, collaborate with partners and internal teams, and deliver value-driven security solutions to complex buyers. This position offers the opportunity to shape public-sector security programs and expand our Italy footprint with strategic, cross-functional collaboration.Develop and manage a sales pipeline for Italy focused on the public sector to meet revenue targetsIdentify new business opportunities and engage public-sector end users, consultants, and system integratorsPromote Genetec solutions (video management, access control, ALPR, unified security)Lead end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, tender/RFP, negotiation,



and closingCollaborate with channel partners to expand market presence and drive joint opportunitiesCoordinate with pre-sales, marketing, and partner teams to craft winning strategiesDeliver presentations and value propositions to C-level and technical stakeholdersMaintain accurate forecasts and pipeline in CRMRepresent Genetec at industry events and customer meetings in ItalyMonitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities in the public sectorProven success in enterprise or complex B2B solution sales, ideally in the public sectorExperience selling physical security solutionsStrong track record of direct end-user engagement and consultative sellingExperience in channel-driven or partner-based sales modelsAbility to navigate multi-stakeholder sales environments and long buying cycles #J-18808-Ljbffr
