In this role you will help structure, finance and close project and structured finance transactions for a growing renewable energy and storage portfolio. You will collaborate with investment, M&A;, development and finance teams to engage lenders and institutional investors, driving financing solutions across the full project lifecycle. You’ll build detailed financial models and assess diverse debt structures to optimize returns and capital structure. This role offers ownership of financing execution and visibility into senior management across a fast-growing IPP environment.Support the structuring, execution and closing of project finance and structured finance transactions across renewable energy and BESS projectsBuild, maintain and review detailed financial models covering debt sizing, project returns, sensitivities and financing scenariosEvaluate financing structures including senior project finance debt, construction, acquisition, HoldCo/portfolio, refinancing, bridge facilities, corporate and structured debtPrepare lender materials, financing presentations, information packs and internal investment papersManage and coordinate financing due diligence across technical, legal, tax, insurance and commercial workstreamsReview and support negotiation of term sheets,



facility agreements and other financing documentationCollaborate with internal M&A; and investment teams to assess financing assumptions for acquisitionsSupport financing of projects from development through construction and into operationsAnalyse project economics including power prices, PPAs, merchant exposure, CAPEX, OPEX and debt capacityMonitor existing financing arrangements, covenant compliance and refinancing opportunitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with European banks, debt funds, advisers and other financing partnersSupport senior management in developing the group’s broader financing and capital structure strategyApproximately 3–6 years' relevant experience within project finance, structured finance, infrastructure finance or renewable energyExperience in IPP/renewable energy developer, infrastructure investor, investment bank, bank, debt fund or advisory businessStrong financial modelling capabilities and confidence with complex project finance modelsPrevious transaction experience within renewable energy, power or infrastructureUnderstanding of project finance structures, debt sizing, DSCR, sensitivities and project-level cash flowsExposure to financing documentation and lender due diligence processesStrong analytical and commercial judgementAbility to manage several transaction workstreams simultaneouslyStrong communication skills with lenders, advisers and senior stakeholdersProactive and entrepreneurial mindset for a growing IPP environmentFluent English; Italian language skills would be highly advantageousIn this role you will help structure, finance and close project and structured finance transactions for a growing renewable energy and stora… #J-18808-Ljbffr
