Your mission
As part of our Power Generation Business Unit, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our OEM business across Italy and Eastern Europe.
Your Impact
- Expand & develop the OEM business across Italy and Eastern Europe.
- Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic OEM and industrial customers.
- Build strong relationships with technical and commercial decision-makers.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage customer agreements.
- Coordinate customer projects with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Quality and Service teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities.
- Represent Baudouin during customer visits, trade fairs and industry events.
- Travel regularly across your region (up to 50%) to support customers and develop new business.
Your assets
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering or a related technical field.
- An engineering background is considered a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Regional Sales or Key Account Management within the Power Generation, Genset, Industrial Engine, Energy or related industrial sectors.
- Experience working with OEM customers or strategic industrial accounts is highly valued.
- Strong commercial mindset combined with a good technical understanding of industrial products and applications.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, energetic and entrepreneurial personality with a strong drive to win new business.
- Self-motivated, autonomous and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
- Professional proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory.
- An additional European language is considered a strong advantage.
