Investigate and resolveissues reported on the social media platform, including accountsupport and reports of abusive content. Respond to user inquirieswith high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy. Usemarket-specific knowledge to develop scalable solutions forcommunity support. Analyze data to improve the overall userexperience. ️ Enforce the company’s Terms of Use by monitoringreports of abuse. ️ Review reported content within agreedturnaround times and quality standards. ️ Identify workflowinefficiencies and suggest solutions. Recognize trends and escalateissues outside company policy to the global team. Experience :
Upto 1 year of experience in a Business Process Outsourcingenvironment or a comparable service/process management environment.High affinity and cultural awareness of the political and socialsituation relevant to the market/region supported. Italian speaker(C2) with very good communication skills in English (at least B2level). Skills: Exceptional communication and soft skills. Strongproblem-solving abilities. Tech-savvy and resourceful. Ability tomultitask and work efficiently. Excellent reasoning and analyticalcapabilities. Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy,change-oriented environment. Requirements : EU nationality or Greekresidence permit. High school diploma. Availability to work inshifts (40 hours per week, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day)between Monday-Sunday, 7 am-10 pm.
