As part of our marketing team, you’ll dive into the world of digital communication and growth marketing, learning how to combine strategy, creativity, and analytics to make things happen.
Job requirements
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor or Master degree in marketing, communication, or similar.
- A talent with a strong curiosity for marketing, digital trends, and fintech innovation.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, and SEO tools.
- Familiarity with visual content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, or similar) is a strong plus.
- Good analytical skills and an interest in understanding what makes campaigns perform.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Italian (French and/or Spanish is a plus).
- Accuracy, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
- A proactive, creative mindset with a strong desire to grow and make an impact.

What you’ll learn to do:
- Support the team in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok digital platforms.
- Collaborate on data-driven marketing projects, tracking performance and extracting insights.
- Assist in A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives to continuously improve results.
- Assist with SEO and content optimization to boost visibility and organic traffic.
- Research digital trends, competitors, and audiences to identify new trends and growth opportunities.
- Craft engaging, clear, and beautifully written copy for digital campaigns, landing pages, organic content, and newsletters.
- Help manage social media calendars, posting schedules, and community interactions.
