Customer Insight & Analytics Internship (m/f)

Bayer S.p.A. is looking for a Customer Insight & Analytics Intern to support the Business Insight & Advanced Analytics team in data analysis, reporting and visualization to uncover insights, measure the success of marketing strategies and enable data-driven decision making.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create campaign lists and prepare templates for uploads
- Extract and prepare KPIs on market, customers, interactions.
- Support in reporting automation




- Prepare analysis according to business requests
- Create deck on survey results, business insights, analysis

WHO YOU ARE:

- Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics
- Good analytical skills for data processing and passion to digital innovation and problem solving
- Advanced knowledge of MS tools (Excel, Power point)
- Excellent knowledge of Python, Tableau or SQL is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage priorities effectively
- Fluent knowledge of English (both written and spoken) and Italian mother tongue
