Native Italian, B2+ in English Proficient in Excel, with SAP knowledge as a plus (SAP4HANA nice to have) Skilled in using advanced IT tools. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and handle complaints effectively. Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy. Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Thrives under pressure and adapts to new tasks with ease. Focused on customer satisfaction and process improvement.
