This role allows you to work remotely from Greece, combining the beauty of the country’s culture with the rewarding experience of providing exceptional customer service.

Your Role:

- Deliver outstanding customer support to Swedish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Utilize various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat, to assist customers.
- Become proficient in our systems to provide high-quality service efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.





- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and tools for remote support.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to working (remotely) while being based in Greece!
