We are looking for driven individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the experience of our Swedish-speaking clients. As a vital part of our customer service team, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries and ensuring a supportive and informative interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer outstanding customer support in Swedish through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Effectively manage customer queries and issues, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement of our services.
- Work collaboratively with team members to share customer insights and enhance service offerings.
- Stay knowledgeable about our products, promotions, and best practices in customer service.
- Fluency in Swedish (both oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in a customer service, support, or related role is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and prioritize responsibilities in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools.
