Job Description

The main function of a Sterile Operator is to operate sterile manufacturing equipment and execute production activities with precision and compliance. This role supports the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical products in a fast-paced, regulated environment, contributing to global health and safety.

Job Responsibilities:
• Operate sterile manufacturing equipment with precision and care.
• Follow strictly defined procedures to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to implement and meet production schedules.




• Adhere to safety and compliance regulations throughout all activities.
• Handle materials and operate machinery in a controlled, sterile environment.

Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with sterile processing techniques.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Understanding of safety and compliance standards.

Education/Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or similar environment preferred.
