Seller Customer Service Agent – German speaker

Location: Lisbon, Portugal | On-site
Employment Type: Full-time
Languages: German + English
Monthly salary: 1200 Euro gross

Role Overview

We are looking for German-speaking Seller Customer Service Agents to support sellers on a global digital platform. This role combines customer service and sales awareness, helping sellers succeed by providing guidance, support, and solutions connected to business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support sellers via inbound and outbound interactions

- Assist with account-related queries, tools, and platform usage

- Provide guidance to help sellers improve performance and results

- Apply sales awareness to influence seller success





- Maintain accurate records in internal systems

- Meet service quality and performance targets

Schedule

- Monday to Sunday

- Shifts: 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 (rotational)

- 2 rotational days off

- Requirements:

- German + English fluency

- Minimum 1 year of experience in:

- Customer Service / Customer Support

- Telesales

- Account Management

- Customer Success

- Business development–related roles

- Sales mindset and ability to influence seller success (mandatory)

- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
