Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, performing assessments, planning, and implementing individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and offer treatments in compliance with established medical protocols.
- Monitor patient health by checking vital signs, evaluating symptoms, and reporting changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide education to patients and their families on health management, treatment procedures, and recovery plans.
- Document patient care activities accurately, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and quality of care.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe environment for both patients and staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing and valid nursing license as a Registered Nurse in your country, or eligibility for registration in Ireland.
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting is highly desired.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and compassion.
