Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Monitor patient conditions, documenting changes and reporting them to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and recovery processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic and effective patient care.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a valid nursing license as a Registered Nurse in your country, or eligibility for registration in Ireland.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in nursing, preferably in clinical or hospital settings.
- Strong dedication to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
