Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Italian-Speaking GenAI Content Trust and Safety Experts to join our dynamic team in Greece. In this important role, you will ensure that generative AI content is safe, reliable, and compliant with ethical standards. You will play a key part in maintaining the integrity and trustworthiness of digital content by identifying risks and collaborating to implement effective safety measures.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and evaluate AI-generated content in Italian to detect harmful, misleading, or non-compliant material.
- Ensure that GenAI content adheres to trust and safety policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with AI developers, policy teams, and content moderators to enhance safety protocols and standards.
- Identify emerging trends and provide insights through detailed reporting on content risks and safety issues.
- Develop and execute strategies to maintain high standards of content accuracy and ethical compliance.




- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote responsible AI use and awareness.

- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Experience in trust and safety, content moderation, or AI-related fields is highly valued.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of generative AI technologies and associated challenges is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High ethical standards and commitment to responsible AI deployment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
