Responsibilities

- Assist Italian-speaking customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, and returns through various communication channels.
- Provide personalized recommendations and styling advice to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately to maintain a comprehensive record of inquiries and resolutions.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to stay informed about promotions, new arrivals, and trends.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions to enhance product engagement.




- Contribute to improving customer service processes and share feedback for continual improvement.

- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Strong communication skills and an enthusiastic approach to customer engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries.
- A good eye for fashion trends and excellent product knowledge.
- Experience with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
