This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about fashion and luxury goods and are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences. As a representative, you will assist clients in Italian, ensuring they receive premium support tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer inquiries related to fashion products, order status, and brand services via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.
- Provide detailed information about product availability, features, and styling advice.
- Assist customers with order placements, returns, and exchanges.
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a delightful shopping experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document inquiries in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.




- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and brand promotions to provide clients with relevant information.

- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the fashion or luxury industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing memorable customer experiences.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and maintain high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with using CRM software and other customer service technologies.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
