Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to products and services.
- Assist customers with account management, order placements, and issue resolution efficiently and courteously.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Stay informed about product details, promotions, and brand initiatives to effectively assist customers.




- Adapt to a multicultural workplace and participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Experience in customer service is preferred, especially in a multicultural environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and ability to handle customer inquiries with care.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support provided.
- A keenness to learn about the brand and its offerings while engaging with a diverse team.
