- Help maintain a clean and safe environment in the care facility.
- Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions to the nursing team.
- Engage patients in social activities and encourage participation to promote mental health.
- Support nursing staff in routine procedures and daily operations.
- Participate in training programs to develop your caregiving skills and healthcare knowledge.
