This role is ideal for individuals fluent in Finnish who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for assisting our Finnish-speaking clients by addressing their questions and resolving their issues efficiently, contributing to a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Respond to inquiries related to products and services with clear and accurate information.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work closely with internal teams to enhance customer service processes.




- Keep up to date with product updates and company policies to provide precise support.

- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with customer support software is a plus.
