This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and possess a knack for technical problem-solving. As a Front Office Technical Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, helping them navigate various technical challenges and providing comprehensive support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding technical assistance to Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction.
- Effectively document customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM system, maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and technical advancements to provide knowledgeable support.
- Build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up.
- Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken); English proficiency is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on enhancing customer experience.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and technical support platforms is a vantaggi.
- Must be willing to relocate to Sofia and embrace new cultural experiences.
