Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and providing tailored support.
- Utilize various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to engage with customers and resolve issues effectively.
- Document client interactions and maintain comprehensive records to ensure seamless follow-up.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and proactively resolve any potential concerns.
- Work in collaboration with internal teams to enhance product offerings and service quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry changes to offer informed insights to clients.
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
