Mercier Consultancy MD is currently looking for a Danish Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria! In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating Danish user-generated content, ensuring it aligns with our community standards and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Danish to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Classify and assess content based on established moderation policies.
- Identify and report any inappropriate content or violations to the relevant teams.
- Provide insights into content trends and user interactions to improve moderation strategies.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to enhance moderation processes.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies regarding content moderation and community engagement.
- Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills for effectively articulating moderation decisions.
- Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care.
- Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
