For our Danish speaking candidate we can offer jobs that are in one of our offices, but we also have jobs that can be done from home ( within the borders of Greece )

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with Danish-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate information about our products and services.
- Address customer concerns and support them in resolving issues promptly.
- Collect feedback to enhance the customer experience and report to management.




- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to develop your skills and knowledge.

- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- No prior customer service experience is needed; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Willingness to adapt to a new culture and relocate to Greece.
- Flexible to work varying shifts as necessary to meet customer needs.
