Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients via various communication channels.
- Manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and successfully resolve issues.
- Effectively communicate product and service information to enhance customer experiences and drive sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve service skills and product knowledge.

- Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills with a keen focus on customer service.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying customer needs.
- Proficient problem-solver with a positive attitude.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
- Willingness to relocate and immerse yourself in a new culture in Greece.
